Arnold Murray, Professional Coach

Arnold Murray is the lead coach at AOM Coaching. Arnold is a certified coach, corporate manager, and champion for faith-driven professionals. Arnold’s passion for coaching and personal development comes from his expertise in bivocational leadership. 

Bivocational leaders are people who feel called to operate at high levels in both their professional career and their spiritual assignment. They often serve in leadership in career and community service at the same time. Arnold has maintained significant roles in corporate, community, and ministry leadership for over 20 years.

One of the highlights of his journey occurred between 2018 and 2020 when Arnold served as campus pastor for a multi-cultural, multi-generational church at the same time he excelled in his role as a senior manager with a major corporation. Through coaching, Arnold believes more people can develop the focus, skill, and sustainable energy to realize their own version of bivocational leadership. 

Arnold is certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an alumnus of Dream Releaser Coaching. He obtained his Graduate Certificate in Organization Coaching from the University of Georgia and holds a Master of Science degree in Training and Performance Improvement.  Arnold and his wife have been married over 27 years and have 5 kids.
